Who qualifies for free services at the Women's Health Care Clinic? Services are free for those who qualify for the California state program, Family PACT. Eligibility is based on an individual’s income, family size, medical insurance status (none or minimal coverage), California residency, and reproductive ability. Teens always qualify for free and confidential services. If you are already pregnant, have been sterilized (tubal ligation, hysterectomy, vasectomy), or you are menopausal, you will not qualify for free services through Family PACT. If you do not qualify for Family PACT, a small fee will be charged for your visit. |
