What kind of birth control methods can I get at the Women's Health Care Clinic?

After a medical exam, you can discuss with your clinician which method is best for you and your lifestyle.

  • Depo-Provera® shot (a shot that lasts for three months at a time)
  • Ortho Evra Patch® (a patch worn on the skin every week, for three weeks)
  • Nuvaring® (a vaginal ring that lasts for three weeks)
  • Mirena® IUD and PARAGARD® (intrauterine device)
  • Implanon® (an implant that lasts for three years)

  • Spermicides and diaphragm
